The mail pile has a system now. One row per household, three checkboxes: address written, card sent, card received — with live counts so you always know how many are left in the outbox. Print the master sheet, or keep it in the browser and update as envelopes land.

Working from last year’s envelopes? Add the households you always send to first, then grow the list as new cards arrive.

How to use it
- Add one row per household — family, friends, neighbors, coworkers.
- Tick “Addr.” once the envelope is addressed.
- Tick “Sent” as cards go into the mailbox; the count updates live.
- Tick “Received” as return cards arrive — no one gets forgotten next year.
Printing tips
Prints as a compact one-page table on A4 or US Letter. The three checkbox columns become pen-tickable on paper; households sort in the order you entered them, so group them by route before printing.
