Letter to Santa template

Fill the blanks and the letter writes itself: who it’s from, one proud thing from the year, and a wish list of up to five lines. Print it on one tidy page — leave any field empty and the sheet keeps a handwriting line for it, so the letter still works written in pen.

Reward a very good year with a Nice List certificate to go with it.

Dear Santa,

My name is ________ and I live in ________. This is my letter for ____.

This year _______________ (tell Santa about your year — something kind you did, something you learned…).

If it’s not too much trouble, here is my wish list:

  • · 1. ____________
  • · 2. ____________
  • · 3. ____________

Thank you for everything you do. Safe travels on Christmas Eve!

Love, ________

How to use it

  1. Fill in the writer’s name, hometown and year.
  2. Add one highlight from the year — a kindness, a new skill, a proud moment.
  3. List up to five wishes, one per line.
  4. Print, sign the bottom, and it’s ready for the envelope.

Printing tips

The letter prints as a single bordered page on A4 or US Letter with generous margins for an adult’s help on the signature. Empty fields print as writing lines — no half-filled placeholders.
